The sour Sorell leaves along with the spices and green chillies gives this dish that unique and delightful taste. It’s an absolute delicacy. 

Ingredients - Lamb, sorrel leaves, onion, green chillies, coriander powder, salt , turmeric, vegetable oil, star anise, cumin powder, cinnamon, cloves, poppy seeds
