The most popular dish from Andhra region, a dish without which they say the kings wouldn’t even consider the meal to be worthy - this is boneless leg of lamb cooked with gongura (sorrel / roselle) leaves.
The sour Sorell leaves along with the spices and green chillies gives this dish that unique and delightful taste. It’s an absolute delicacy.
