Doodh ki Biryani (Lamb, Contains Dairy)
A cult dish if there ever was one, this is a delicately spiced lamb biryani cooked in milk. This dish originates from the Royal kitchens of Nizams from Hyderabad in South of India. It's very much in contrast to the Chicken biryani that we do. This dish is more about the flavour and fragrance than spice.
Lamb, Rice, Milk, onions, mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies , cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, caraway seeds, ghee (clarified butter), salt.
