Achari Palak Tofu (Vegan, contains Mustard, Soy)

Achari curries are made with spices that are traditionally used in Indian pickling. So for this dish, tofu is cooked with plenty of fresh spinach leaves, onion, tomato and aromatic Indian pickling spices like mustard, fennel and chilli (and wintry star anise and cloves!). This dish is also on our restaurant menu and has converted a fair few who didn’t think they liked tofu - why not give it a try?
