One of the most popular spinach dishes made both in North and South of India where every house hold has its own way of making it. This is the version that’s made at our home frequently and loved unanimously which we get to share with you all now. 

It’s split moong dal cooked with baby spinach, green chillies, ginger and turmeric and it is one of THE most comforting dishes. Absolutely delicious with both bread and rice. 

Ingredients - Moong dal, spinach, green chilli, cumin, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, salt, lemon, turmeric, vegetable oil.
