A traditional dish from Punjabi cuisine that combines the region’s two most popular ingredients - chicken and chickpeas. This dish is aromatic and complex with a wide range of spices, from fennel and cinnamon to dried mango and cloves. Traditionally it’s made with chicken on the bone but we know many of you prefer boneless curries, so we’ve made the chicken stock separately and cooked the dish in it. All of the flavour, and none of the faff!
Ingredients - Boneless chicken thighs, chickpea, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cumin, black pepper powder, fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, amchoor, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, sunflower oil.
